Our scioPhospho analysis combines protein expression profiling using scioDiscover with analysis of the corresponding protein's phosphorylation status. More than 1,400 proteins are analyzed in parallel, covering key pathways in diseases such as cancer, neurological disorders and organ failure. This combination provides a comprehensive overview of signaling events and pathway activity regulation in your sample. scioPhosho enables targeted, rapid, and cost-effective research.

- CSF: 5µl
Our Sample-to-Result Service
As part of our analysis service, we will not only perform the microarray experiments but will also support you with an appropriate microarray study design and sample selection to best address your scientific questions. After we receive your samples, you will receive a customized study report including statistical analysis within 3-4 weeks.
Our analysis service includes:
- Definining a suitable study design
- Sample preparation: Protein extraction, concentration measurements, quality control, and sample purification
- Microarray analysis
- Raw data acquisition and data normalisation
- Data analysis including cluster analysis
- Statistical testing for differentially abundant proteins
- Statistical testing for differentially phosphorylated proteins
- Comprehensive study report
Case Study
Eight treated cell line samples were compared with eight control samples. Multiple proteins were identified as differentially expressed (x-axis) and/or phosphorylated (y-axis). The left graph provides an overview of the expression/phosphorylation differences for all tested proteins in the two sample groups, while the right graphs show individual protein levels. The sample status is indicated as C for control or T for treated.
